‘VE HAD THIS WATCH FOR A LONG TIME AND EVERYTIME I WEAR IT, I GET COMPLIMENTS. IT IS UNIQUE, SUBSTANTIAL, HEFTY AND VERY COMFORTABLE. IT LOOKS LIKE IT IS MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE THAN ITS RETAIL VALUE. I LOVE HOW CHUNKY IT IS AND YET THERE IS A DEFINITE FEMININITY TO IT. ‘GUESS’ PRODUCTS SEEM TO BE VERY WELL MADE AND RELIABLE. EXCELLENT VALUE AND A JOY TO WEAR.

I ordered this watch but returned it because it was cheap looking. I didn’t care for it at all. It looks better in the picture!,

Camelbak Hydration Pack I purchsed this item so that you can use while biking and also running. Its pretty good. Does exactly what it’s supposed so that you can - allows you to help carry water. I do have some sort of few minor gripes about this product. You may hear your water sloshing around as you drink. Not minor sloshing like you would expect but really loud - people passing by might hear loud. Also there is usually nothing to help attach your mouth piece to help when your not drinking. On this up side - the actual pockets are wonderful!! I have enough room so that you can take the few gels, a power bar, my keys and also cell phone along with me. And they’re not cramped. All with all pretty decent product. I would prefer that a water did slosh around but for price and also ease regarding use I’d buy again.

Time from Chest Pain onset <12 hours
1. Start MI Adjunctive Therapy, do not delay repurfusion
2. Immediate Reperfusion Strategy
1. Angioplasty with cardiothoracic back-up (preferred) Goal within 90 minutes of ED arrival
2. Thrombolytic therapy (if Angioplasty not available) Goal within 30 minutes of ED arrival
